- Cardboard Pieces
- Box Cutter
- Decorative Paper
Trace the size of your photo onto the piece of cardboard you have chosen to use.
Using your box cutter, cut along the lines you traced and pop out the center.
Cut a smaller piece the length and width of the bottom of your frame, then glue to the bottom of the frame.
Repeat step 3 and glue piece to the top of the frame.
Cut another smaller piece the length and width of the frame’s left side and glue.
Glue the frame face down to the decorative paper.
Fold all edges of the paper alongside the edges of the frame.
Along the creases from the fold, cut out each corner of the frame.
Fold and glue all remaining edges of the decorative paper to the frame.
From Corner to corner of the frame, draw a X.
Using your box cutter, cut along the X.
Wrap each individual flap from the X around the frame and glue down.
Glue another piece of cardboard that is the same size as the frame to the back of the frame.
Cut another piece of the remaining cardboard for the stand. Glue this to the back and insert thumbtack for extra support.
Insert photo through the opening on the right side and display!
