Fry-Wagner Customer Service Coordinators Sandi Davis and Joany Miller have done it again! Both Coordinators were just named recipients of the prestigious 2012 United Van Lines' Heart of Quality Award. This Award is based on survey scores received throughout an entire year, and was created several years ago by United to recognize the critical role Move Coordinators play as the single-point-of-contact for the customer through the stressful relocation process. Only 1% of all United Coordinators nationwide are named recipients of the Heart of Quality Award each year. Even more impressive, this is Sandi Davis' (pictured with company President Larry Fry) 6th Heart of Quality Award and Joany Miller's 5th - a collective 11 Awards by two Coordinators! Both Sandi and Joany will be recognized at the upcoming United Van Lines' Learning Conference in St. Louis in February. Congratulations to these two professionals for their outstanding commitment to Fry-Wagner's customers!
